At The Purple Cultures, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photos of the item and packaging.
We'll review your claim promptly and work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us before returning it. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
