Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been successfully received.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option you select before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
